IWS’ senior staff has many years of regulatory and resource management experience and are highly fluent in the often complex and controversial areas of Water Use Permitting/Consumptive Use Permitting, Well Construction Permitting, Environmental Resource Permitting and Sovereign Submerged Lands, and in cooperative funding programs. IWS also provides permit compliance and monitoring assistance.
